Booking procedure
- Bookings are only accepted after an Registration/Booking Form has been received and approved.
- Not all applications will be successful due to limited space and to ensure there is a variety of service/products. We reserve the right to refuse requests without having to justify the reason for the decision.
- All bookings will be taken on a first come, first served basis
- Bookings will only become effective once we have received and acknowledged your booking form and payment.
- Allocation of spaces at the venue is at our sole discretion.
- Confirmation of your booking will be sent by email.
Stall Arrangements
- Tables + chairs will be provided for each Stall (tables measure approx 4ft each). If you require a larger double plot please contact us for details.
- Therapists have an allocated space suitable for treatment beds (beds not supplied).
- Privacy screens, displays, stands and pop up banners must be safe, inoffensive and portable.
- We have the right to ask Stall Holders to make alterations to their display if they are deemed unsuitable, create a hazard or for any other legitimate reason.
- Failure by the Stall Holder to take remedial action on this last point may result in the Stall Holder being asked to leave the event.
- All equipment, stock and personal belongings are the responsibility of the Stall Holder.
- No sellotape, drawing pins, or fixings of any description are permitted on the paintwork or walls of the hall.
- We recommend that all electrical equipment be PAT certified for use.
- No naked flames are permitted in the hall.
Setting Up
- Stall Holders may begin setting up from 45 mins prior to event and should ensure they have their stalls completed for public opening of the event.
- Packing up of stalls is not permitted before the end of the event to avoid disturbance to others.
- Sharing of stalls is NOT permitted.
Cancellations
- If WE have to cancel the Fayre, for whatever reason, or your stall is no longer available, a full refund will be made to you.
- If the Stall Holder requests to cancel :
Cancellation Policy:
-Cancellations must be received in writing.
- Less than 7 days notice to cancel - No refund.
- 8 days plus notice to cancel will receive a 50% refund.
-Space cannot be re-let without prior approval from us.
Insurance
- Stall Holders are required to purchase their own insurance to cover public liability and any loss or damage to their own goods and possessions.
- Julie Smith /Spirit353 cannot be held responsible for : injury or accident caused by a Stall Holder's product or service, loss of profits, for damage or theft of the Stall Holder's stock or interruption of power or services.
Parking, Loading and Unloading
Street parking is available to all. Those parking in the street, do so at their own risk. We are not responsible for parking. We ask that you be respectful of our neighbours at all times.
